sir,
i made a purchase for Rs.8624\= on dt 16.11.2008. but inspite of repeated telephone calls (about 7 calls ) i had not received ipod shuffle 1 gb as as promotional offer promised by ebay on a purchase of Rs 8000\= and above . time limit of 45 days have been passed. my paisa pay id is 23111252820. also i would like to know the e-mail address through which i can lodge complaint against ebay to its senior management for poor management or redressal sytem of ebay towards resolving its members genuine problems.

me too purchased item of 20108.00 on december 17 and paid immmediately through paisa pay ,,, i was entitled to a free gift and the gift code was submitted on checkout .

no news since then .... if there is a delay in sending the fift items , at least let us know
