Your customer service are pathetic and they are having rude behaviour with customer.I had purchase a Xiaomi power bank which was not delivered and claim was raised and my new voucher was not issued it's been a 1 month long period.Did you take 1 month to issue Rs 175/- voucher.YOu dont have Rs 175/- in your company to pay your customer.
