The money was paid to the seller/ebay through credit card,and the seller assured the delivery of Item first by 26 Jan12 and again by 31 Jan12,but the item was not delivered to me then on what basis the seller pressumed that the item delivered to customer and was he not suppose to confirm from customer or otherwise can he produce to me the signed customer reciept copy(DTDC CURIOUR PROOF COPY).
I am strongly dissappointed with such iregularity by seller and e-bay,such issues simply kills customer time and money.
Let me tell you I as an customer have lost full faith and trust from ebay.I just want to say this incident justify the fact that e bay is not a place to buy anything if they dont have control on there vendors who are simply misussing customers money.
I just want my money to be refunded and with suitable reply to all my above mentioned query.
