Hi,

MP4 players on eBay are non-branded and they will in compressed format. I think you need to open an Item Not Received as soon as fast. As all the transactions will be deleted after 90 days from the purchase. As guided by skyshopindia, contact eBay customer care regarding this issue. ---------------
