hi i got a negative feedback from a buyer who has "0" rating... am not sure if it was some personal grudge or just another competitor to put me down...
tried calling him up several times... smsed him... offered him a full refund... but still he did reply to any of my calls or messages and gave me a negative feedback...
sold 24 of that same product to various people... and non of them have ever complained... infact they have come and brought more products from me... which is noticeable in my feedback!!
see i know there is no way to remove the negative feedback now... but atleast ebay should try resolving the matter before pasting a negative feedback!!!
