My worst experience with ebay

My worst experiance with eBay.. I have purchased product on 13th Oct 15, at that time ebay said order shipment by 19th Oct (on or before) after shipment deliver in 9 days.. now 6 days after purches on 19th Oct ebay seller is asking me to for time extension of 3 days.. when i called customer care.. customer care is also not responding.. feeling like ebay is taking seller side.. in short if I don't take extension then ebay will refund my money .. I just want o ask.. what about service tax deducted by bank? who gona refund? and what about my feeling.. after 6 days seller realize he dont have stock.. then why ebay is working with that kind of sellers.. and why playing with clients feelings. 

 

THIS IS MY BIGGEST MISSTAKE OF MY LIFE THAT I TRUSTED ON EBAY..
