My transaction is still in pending status

I have done the payment of Rs.2414.05 for the product  on 05-May-2017 but still it is in pending status I am contacting the customer care service daily they simply tells me to wait one more day you will get a call or email for verification I am getting the response from customer care like this which it shows irresponsible towards customer. I cant able to understand what is the exact duty of customer care services? whether to tell customer to wait another 24-48 hrs? or respond immediately to resolve the issue? If this kind of response from  customer care service which I am receiving then How could I refer ebay to my family & friends to buy new products??? Kindly resolve the issue by processing the transaction or refund my amount immediately. Expecting postive response from your end.
