I had placed an order H8 Fitness Band and what I received is a totally different item on July 21st.
Since then I have been writing and calling for refund, despite multiple calls and messages on the website, no one is willing to resolve the issue. My money is lying with ebay for the last 40 days and it is almost 7 weeks and everytime there is a promise of 48 hours resolution and at least 5 such deadlines have passed.
I am terribly upset.
