Hi Team,
I had bought a dish tv through ebay in the last week, and faced a lot of issues with the customer care after it was installed.
The issue got resolved through the seller today after a lot of discussions. i am not willing to continue with this due to the poorest customer care and i am sure i woud have to pass through this suffering everytime i have an issue.
Hence i have raised a refund request and the seller accepted to do the refund when he spoke to me.
But i see a mail from him now that he is not going to refund which is ridiculous.
I gave a 5 star to the seller as he intervened, but this is what he gives me in return.
Could you intervene to get my return and refund done.
