I bought Ayus ipad from Ebay , Seller gave me 2 years old product . I told ebay to give me new item I will buy from them .
and finally I had to return this product to seller . This I did on 25th March 2016 and send acknowledgement to Ebay via DTDC acknowledgment number D26483945. Seller has received this product on 2nd April 2016 .
From last one month ebay saying they are following up with Seller to acknowledgement so that they refund . Looks like Seller has not responded in last one month and after that they closed my claim and now they are telling me to follow up from seller to get acknowledgement . I am not sure when they have not responded to ebay will they are going to respond t me .
I asked my DTDC vendor for POD copy they as well taking 20 days and still I have not received my POD scan copy .
Its like a buy product and they give you wrong product and after that you keep following on the same
