My Money not refund

Hi, eBay team I have ordered a Sony head set pay my money in my card. Still not received the goods and not received my refund amount. I have spoken with eBay customer care executive lot of times not solved my problem.. claim id: 1515027 My paisa pay I'd :41144310682eBay reference number :52817942.
Customers not satisfied in eBay worst team....... Worst team........... Worst team............. I have loss my money...... EBay team also guaranteed in money return policy it's also fake... Customers also blame.....

I'll suggest everyone, don't use #ebay on-line shopping for any items. This is really bluffing site. I bought a #casio watch and received a fake one. When I returned this watch , they mailed me that they will return money within 15-20 working days but I am still waiting for my refund money since last three months.
