Since yesterday out of all my listed items 6 of my listings are not showing up in ebay search results since yesterday, uptill 31st July 2015 all my listings were visible and I was getting orders from them. The problematic listings are
1) For Galaxy S5 item number 291507326416 Keyword "Galaxy S5 hard"
2) For Zenfone 2 item number 301680242332 Keyword "Zenfone 2 hard"
3) For Zenfone 2 item number 301682036909 Keyword "Zenfone 2 hard"
4) For Lenovo K3 Note item number 291514437206 Keyword "Lenovo K3 Note hard"
5 )For Lenovo A6000 item number 301680249304 Keyword "Lenovo A6000 hard"
6)For Micromax Yureka item number 301679344090 Keyword "Yureka hard"
The listing only show up under "My Selling" or if I search using the item number in advance search, they are not shown in the search results for the respective keywords and not even under "items for sale" next to my ebay id.
Please help, I called up customer care but my issue was not resolved, I am loosing business as customers are unable to see my business. I have not violated any policies so why I am being punished?
