i am also struglling to get approval, my guarantee claim id is 2714608 dtd 22-2-17, i have purchase an item which was not as per description. They are mentioned only manufacturer refurbished item,but didn't mentioned already used Jio sim registration details with particular IMEI number in this phone. so i returned and talk to seller and he is not comitted me to not help me to get refund approval but after that neither seller does not resolve my issue. so i filed a case in ebay for guarantee claim but after few days i have received a phone call to ebay guarantee team they tell us the seller told to me we are already mentioned refurbished item so I have been rejected your claim. But my issue is already used Jio sim registration in some one. I think i am cheated. Today after that i will take help of consumer forum against ebay.....
