Monsoon Magic gifts not received. I am supposed to get a hard disk, an umbrella and a flash drive free. It's close to a month now and I haven't received any information or parcel.

E-Bay Cheating me since last 2-3 months.I have purchased a 32" Sony LCD with DOTDEAL001 free Gift(160 GB External HDD).
The LCD received at my registered address but free gift never delivered at my address. Now couriur company tells the address is wrong.
I have called at E-Bay Toll free No. more that 20 times all customer care executives listen and assured for action but till date no solution had .

We had commenced all dispatches for the Monsoon promo 2 weeks ago and most users should have received their gifts by now.

Same happen with me too . i buy one 1TB external hard disk
from bombay mall on 25 July and received item on 8 August , but till now i didn't receive my Monsoon Magic gift I select Moser bare Bluetooth MONSOON004 there .
