With reference to above. I am not getting refund for the payment Rs 775. The money got debitted but no confirmation for the payment. For my first mail ebay told it will take 5 woking days then 6-7working days. Today its 11 working days, I have not received any refund. This is purely cheating to the customer. I have done so many online transaction and faced similar issue few times on other sites but it got settled within max one or two days. Its shame on ebay to take such a long time for refund. I doubt whether ebay is involved in such fake transactions. Its high time to resolve my issue. I need immediate refund.
