Hello Ebay Team,
To whom should i conatct exactly in ebay for missing transaction happend while i purchase Sony TV in ebay on January-31-2015 12:50 AM.
There is no purchase history in my ebay account but my money deducted by ebay.
On the same day early morning itself i informed this issue to the ebay team, they provided "Ref Complain No: 1-42738813999" and they said within 72 hours i will get the call from ebay or you will get your money refund.
But now more then 72 hours over, i called again ebay team they are telling again the same thing YOU WILL GET A CALL FROM EBAY TEAM.
Please provide the concern person detail of ebay to resolve this issue as am waiting more then 3 days but no proper response from customer service whenever i call.
