Mobile Phone to be returned

Hi Ebay,
The mobile what I purchased is same as shown by the dealer but performancewise it is not that good. The Touch screen many times doesnt work and the browsing pattern is not that good. Please help me how can I return this mobile phone. Thank You.

You need to communicate all your issues to seller first.

You may also have received warrantee from seller. In that case take phone to nearest dealer and see what could be wrong. It may be manufacturing defect that I am sure seller or dealer will get you replacement.
