Many Trust & Safety Teams are Worst in their Duty as needed.

They should treat their customers (buyer/seller) in professional manner.

There should be an audit on the actions taken by T & S teams.

If a T & S action is appealed or challenged, then let us be given with a track code of the issue raised, and let the issue be addressed back by the same executive who took action and then move up (escalate) to higher authorities. Then if executive is found mistake, take action like educating, warning, detaining executive and also compensate us from eBay side for any loss or inconvenience, if needed.

Most of them are copy pasters. Many of them add their own meanings to the policy. Few of them completely don't know the way to behave and the policies in place. Most of them looks like they do someother business in the duty time, address issues carelessly, act on the accounts to show that they are working, irresponsibly support the actions taken.

Be bold to accept the wrong action taken.

Ofcourse, we agree that few T & S folks are very good, intuitive, normal in emotions/individuality, attentive, abled, and caring.

I agree.

The same executive should handle the case and not a different person every time.

As of now, the ebay's support teams are pathetic.

Trust & Safety team if untrustworthy, unsafe...

They dont do any ivestigation. If you put any complaint, they will reply you after some days - we have investigated the matter & not found buyer faulty!

They dont know (as they have not checked properly) that thier many sellers (even powersellers) are selling fake items. Some days back I had raised issue in this forum about authentication of at least branded items which are pretty costly. But none of these great team or rather great ebay replied justifying their stance! How would they do it? Because they are fooling poor buyers with help of their sellers!!!

@pritam1006, A lazy, uneducated, non-dedicated team will create further problems and the problem will be to any member (Buyer or Seller).

Trust and Safety Department is not having the sense of responsibilty to answer neither its sellers nor its buyers. Its a giant who eats all complaints and dont complaint to customer care executives.

Customer Care executives are good, I will not complain them. But as the issue found not to be in their scope due to limited authority they merely through these complaint in front of Trust and Safety.

Trust and Saftey can also be trmed as a dust bin where Customer care through each complaint which they cant handle.

TRUST and Safety......

A DEAD END ---- You can not do anything now

A SLEEPING BEAUTY ---- They dont bother to respond

A Black Hole --- You will find no reporting if your issue is forwarded to Trust and Safety

Pl put your inputs and name the Trust and Saftey Department. Hope they will start a open house chat from this department also.

Customer care is only sitting for hearing us not to take action on any issue. Ebay India customer care doesn't care of any customer. If we will call them then they will only listening us. They are trained good listeners. Hence, Ebay India customer care is only seller friendly portal not buyer friendly. Anyway, they are going to lose customers in high competative online market. *** India enters in market. If they will provide good support then I am 100% sure, they will be able grab whole Ebay market of India.
