Hello Team,
I have brought MI power bank from ebay site.Its not working as accepted so I raise request to ebay.ebay reply as the product under manufacture warrenty so I need to visit MI sevice centre.I visited the service centre then These people are saying that they are not do any thing as the product is purchase from ebay site,they are giving replacement of faulty product if that is puchase from other than from ebay.Same i commucate to ebay call centre then they are saying just take DOA letter from service centre.Again i visit to MI service centre, Same reply from MI service centre they are not even provide DOA of the product which is purchase from ebay.So i am stuck in middle of MI service centre and ebay people no one is solving my problem.Need solution of my problem.Why should custome bear for clashes between you both.
