Key word search : Really works for shops category ?

Dear eBay Team,

During a online discussion with Category Manager, explained that there will be very good search for our shop category key words in eBay soon and going to work with Google. I am disappointed becuase i am also exploring Mark down manager from shop and created "Summer special Discount 10%" page a week ago and listed almost 16 items there. When i go and search from eBay search key words "Summer Special", i was very disappointed that nothing from list or shop view item listed there ?

Did i missed something there ? or Do i neeed to make some changes ? Why my items are not listed as Summer special? Can you please explain how the search works for key words "Summer Special" ?

Search Engines take time to index certain pages if they have deep URL. Sooner or later this page of your will get indexed.
Its very important to think from a user( consumer) perspective on what Keywords he will type while searching in Search engines and those Keywords should be used when writing content for you pages . Your store http://stores.ebay.in/CoolBrasCo already ahs a PR of 4 and if you type Sexy Camisole Sets in Google India and select pages from India tab, your stores page comes as number 2 result. Please check for yourself also.

Thanks for the reply and tips. Now i have included some important key words in my shop main description including word Summer Special as well. When i search in Google India it works, I just searched summer it is showing my shop as well. Great !!!.

Still none of my online auction having these key words, is not listed when i search from ebay search button (Overall search).

Still following search is not working and can be improved.

1. In the below advanced shop view search there is no option to select shop category as key word search. For example there is no way to search my shop category Summer. Please see the example below...

2. In my shop itself there is a facility to search, if i search summer nothing appears though i have listing with title Summer in it. Please see the example below...

3. While building search key words, I recommend you to give importance for certain key words during appropriate seasons like Christmas, NewYear, Valentine, Summer, etc.. Will be helpful for the sellers/buyers.
