Hello Ebay Team,
I purchased "Auxus Aura A1 - STYLISH OCTA CORE 5" OGS KITKAT 4.4 DUAL SIM 7.5MM THIN - iberry" (PaisaPay ID 37603854194).
At the time of purchase, the products RAM is listed as 2 GB RAM. But, i received the prodcut with 1 GB RAM with out company seal and not like quality phone. Even micro phone is giving lot of noise to the other person over call.
Regarding the above issue i raised a cliam to ebay. But, they closed the claim saying this covers under manufacturers warrenty so ebay claim is not covered.
But, the product is not as described. So, Its ebay's responsibility to ensure the customer satisfaction.
But, the ebays response is worst than worst. they wont repond properly. for any query they want 48 hours time but even after 96 hrs they wont respond and no follow up also
I need justice.. Please help
