I have purchased "Samsung 64 GB EVO + PLUS Micro SD SDXC UHS-1 High Speed TF Micro SD Memory Card" vide Paisa Pay ID 42582746405 on May 13, 2016. Received item in Jun 2016, but item is not working since its delivery. Now, seller is not registered with ebay. When you see feedback on Ebay site for this seller, it is clear that seller had sold same fake product to more than dozen peoples. What should do a customer, who have been looted by a fraud seller, on the platform of Ebay. How can I replace or refund my money.
