I have ordered a earphone Philips SHE2300 High Quality Audio Bass in-ear Headphone with Microphone-BLACK on 15th July but i have not get the item till today 22nd July. Although the item has these following tagline "HIGH QUALITY+FAST SHIPPING+SAME DAY DISPATCH".

I have contacted the ebay first they told me to contact the seller, when i contact the seller they said contact the courier company AREMAX.
I mean what the hell is this, is this a joke??? why i would contact them.
I am really feel bad, please provide a solution ASAP.
