Indifferent Customer Service

I have booked a mobile over ebay, vide Paisapay Order No. *** on 16th night, i.e. at 12.30 am on Sep 17, 2015, with full advance payment. Even after 48 hrs, I am yet to receive any shipping information.

 

After contacting Customer Service, and waiting for 4 minutes to get connected to the Customer Service about 30 min. back, the attendant, Mr. Deepak Kumar was the most unfriendly attitude, and could not provide any info on the shippiing plan, and kept repeating the stock reply of maximum delivery schedule etc.

 

A related online purchase from Amazon, placed after the above eBay order, has already been delivered to me 1 day back !!

 

If eBAY is continuing in such a pathetic manner for Customers, wonder who will return ot it for subsequent purchases.

 

Please intervene and be a little more responsive & positive to Customer concerns. Ebay only will get benfitted. Awaiting a positive response.
