Hi Ebay,
I am regular buyer on Ebay. The very first product i purchased from Ebay was Iberry Auxus coreX8, the time i recieved the max battery charging is 76%, I called the customer care and got the fix and it did not work, later was suggest to take it to service center. Even service center ppl were not able to fix and finally decided to send to Chennai for some part replacement. After 2 weeks I got it back with the same issues. I had raised a ticket earlier with Iberry and details is Ticket # 373068. Now they are not allowing me to open any new tickets.
I would really appreciate if anyone from Ebay can help me out or should i go to consumer court?
