A smart watch is purchased but it would not delivered when complain is raised it is rejected by ebay authority by filmsy ground and their courier partner said it is received by the complainant. When the complainant elligation against the courier boy who is responsible for that incident to the courier company then they immediately sacked that courier guy. But the complain is not resolved till now. So the complainant has no other alternative, a f.i.r has been lodged against the courier company, and trying to sort a help from consumer forum against the so called world famous e-commerce co. neglecting his duties & responsibility towards his own member.
