sir, Im attaching the chat log with the chat agent shweta g..i got connected to the agent after waiting for 25 minutes and she just ends the session mercilessly after me providing all the details she requested. i used the chat option because the call wait time was more than that. and automatically gets disconnected after 10 minutes..what is the use of having irresponsible chat agents like this in your office..?we customers are waiting in line for hours almost to get connected and at the end of all the waiting,is this how a customer service agent should behave with a customer?..and please note that there wasn't any problem with my internet connection and that is not why the chat got disconnected,,very poor customer service from ebay.. joji please take some action against these irresponsible people like her.
