This is further to our telecom with Mr. Yogender regarding wrong delivery of SAMSUNG 40" TV, please note that yesterday we received SAMSUNG TV with Model UA40J5100AK instead of SAMSUNG 40" 40J5300 LED TV, what we ordered and already payment done for the same. Please find the attached photographs and the trailing mails for your verification and confirmation.
Please urgently do the needful from your end to dispatch the correct SAMSUNG 40" 40J5300 LED TV as on our earlier order and also take back the wrong delivered SAMSUNG TV with Model UA40J5100AK.
Appreciated for speedy response and immediate attention in this regards.
