I get defective product from seller and they not replace the product.

Sir fingerprint is not work from one day I purchase mobile. Why are sending me defective product. It is not acceptable. I raise the claim ID - 2987907 and reply is not proper that go to service center. Why customer receive defective product and then he get punishment for money spend for traveling to service center and other problems due to no mobile.
Why sir customer should face the trouble for your mistake of sending defective product.

You are mentioned that is re brushed Mobile.
Company check then why accessories changed. You are not mention in add that you get other brand accessories. Please show me where in your add that you refer that accessories may be from different brand. You also missing one accessories for audio converting cable for audio C port to 3.5mm jack .
I hope you understand that I already get headache due to mobile problem as you send me defective product , other brand accessories, and missing cable for audio
