I recnetly bought IPHONE 4 32GB from Ebay.
Invoice Dated - 1-Apr-14. Recived phone in chennai on 8-Apr-14. I have started using the phone 15th of Apr. Its started getting of automatically and no sound problem get started on 28-Apr-14, I have contacted person, initially he said it might be a minor problem i have to re-instal the software at near by shop in chennai itself. I have tried but no change, problem remain. After discuss with person i sent back my IPHONE to him on 17-May-14 through Courier. He sadi with in a week it will be repaired and send back to me. But till now no response from him i don't know where is my IPHONE and my money. I bought only because of EBAY India. I had so many transactions through Ebay but this is so painful to me. He is trying to cheat me.
Pls do something to get my money 22,999/- or my IPHONE back. Urgent.
