As soon as a buyer opens a INR case, please forward a copy of proof of delivery to Paisapay at paisapaypod@ebay.com.

In case you cannot arrange Proof of delivery, Please scan the Proof of dispatch , along with the screen shot of the website showing the tracking number delivered to the paisapay mail address.

If you are not doing above within 7 days of refund initiation auto refund is done by system.

In case of opened SNAD cases please dont send replacement unless guided by Paisapay team.

This entire refund / guarantee thing is too messed up. It is evident from experience put forward by buyers as well as by sellers. Come out with a neat plan where all these INR, SNAD and eBay guarantee thing is combined and put into a single fold, which is transparent and fair to everyone.
