I need to understand how Top rated Seller are able to have negative Feedback removed so quickly and almost all feedback is removed?
As a non Top rated Seller My emails take 1 month to even get a reply and at the same time Top rated sellers get the feedback removed quicker.
Please explain as even having a premuim shop does not seems to garner enough visibility of ebay what an Top Rated Seller gets..
I see a lot of these Top rated Seller get Negative Feedback **bleep** they are removed quickly. We need to know how?
