I want to raise complain higher authorities to Ebay. Ebay directly settled claim in the fever of buyer without my consent Claim ID: 1063104. I am regularly follow up with Ebay for this claim and I had replied on 16.07.2015 and Ebay directly settled a claim in the fever of buyer on 20.07.2015. I am not able view claim status till 25.07.2015 for the same. Now. I am sending mail to insellerverification@ebay.com, but they are not replying to my mails from last 13 Days.
Can you please help on this?
