Friends i purchased a product on 16th july and recieved incomplete product.The claim was settled in my favour and i requested ebay to return money in my original mode of payment.Now they keep on saying that we are escalting ur problem and u will get a refund soon.Can u suggest me any way to take action or will ebay digest our money.They also removed my feedback which i posted for seller as it was negative.They are sellers puppy.My claim id is 1110129.Please help.
