Horrible service ....if I call up for a resolution they say mam it's processed by our back end team and we are working on it and then out the blue a claim officer calls up saying my transportation charges are approved and my replacement of the product is on it way will call back for the AWB no till today nothing has happened.....no calls no mails nothing .....called up yday to to ask about the same they said we will get back with u with a resolution then it's like vanishing .....the horrible part is I am going to celebrate the anniversary of this claim as it's going to be an year and the worst part is the seller "simply electroniic" guy who has sold me this product who never picks up eBay or my calls ......and the worst is the product is a TV which is worth 110000 and with all the transfer I did of the defective product the whole amt has gone up to 40000
