Horrible customer service

Hi, I have recently returned an item purchased in e-bay to the seller and the seller has agreed to refund the money upon receiving it. The seller has confirmed that they've receiving back the item on 18th Oct and also that they've advised e-bay to refund the money.

I have not received the refund so far, I need to know an estimated time when I can expect it.

 

I've made several attemps to contact customer service on phone, sent a mail to grievance dept...nothing works...have not got a call back so far on the status of my refund.

 

If this is the way customers are treated, you will shut operations soon in India.....
