I agree with you. The seller should communicate effectively and accurately to avoid any frustration in future. Unfortunately, most of the eBay sellers in India consider the buyers to be their competitors and don't provide accurate information when the buyers ask them questions. This results into an incorrect purchase and ultimately no one is happy.
