For the first time got cheated by an e com site. And the site is EBAY. Got a damaged product. The customer care says its your problem that you bought it from EBAY and that the EBAY 100%Guarantee policy is only to fool customer.At least they are honest in stating this openly.Wrote many times to both EBAY and the SELLER E-Store but of no help. Finally I have got no option left but to suffer a LOSS. Thought just to share this with you. JUST BE ALERT it can happen with just anybody. Attaching the pics; its a GOOGLE Chromecast. The google says they are not our authorised seller so no warranty can be claimed from us. Got no idea what can one do in these circustances when the ecom site refuse to exchange or help.
