Global ebay Hit or Miss deals (any body listening????)

-Since 8 September 2010 4 refunds and 1 still in progress of Purchases made through Global ebay.
-It seems that i2cworld is unable to handle the bulk of transactions.
-the refund in ALL cases were generated by system after holding my money for 10+5=15 days +3 days to get it back in bank
-The seller 12cworld does not provide adequate tracking details over their website.
-one item purchased through GEB is still listed after 2 days on the ebay.com it means seller makes purchases at his wish and leisure now,if someone else buy that item then once again my money will be refunded after 18 days.

Is this the kind of service you want to provide?
I have not mentioned that one can not leave negative feedback for i2cworld as it will be disallowed by 51% votes in a ebay home based court.

forgot to mention that one product is shown as received by iccworld on 22nd October but the item is not shipped despite the time line for shipment is passed.

I think ebay.in should organize work shops for i2c seller.
