I have bought a Sony Ericsson X10 mini mobile (PaisaPay ID 29570335416), on Aug 3rd for Rs. 8490/- and also used the coupon code WK29FG2AR1 with which I should have got a Skull Candy Headphone, as a gift. But till date, I have not received this gift item.
I have contacted customer support in this regard on 21st sep, and as a reply to this,I was informed that the issue was escalated to the marketing division. After around some 20 days, i.e. in the first week of October, I again sent a reply to that msg (Messages in My eBay) saying that still nothing has happened, except that reply. But I didnt get any response for that message. After one week, I had an online chat with one of your representatives and he also told me the same thing, that the Issue has been escalated to the Marketing division. I dont know what I have to do now, to get my gift...
