Received item GEB-150577100648 in time, but some of the contents which are mentioned on the pack are missing(Battery pack, CD-ROM, Shoulder Strap).

I would like you to deliver the same at the earliest or refund my money back.

I will not accept incomplete Pack.

I think this is a habitual feature with International reseller.You should file item not as described dispute for replacement or refund.

At least you got some of the items. Half the time, my items from Global Ebay are not sent at all.
