I recently ordered SAMSUNG 32 GB MICRO SD MEMORY CARD EVO CLASS 10. product id 262166225599
and received a different product than the description which happens to be a fake product all together whic doesnt work.
I had raised a claim id 1503491 which was rejected stating product is under manufacturer warranty. But if they havent delieved the product that was described and that i paid for theres no point talking about maanufactureres warranty. Furthermore seller is now shown as unregistered, he doesnt respond. All in all it looks a clear online fraud. I talked with ebay customer care they say they cant help in this problem nor they can escalate case to higher authories.
So if anyone from ebay can help me with this or am I left with only option to go for legal help?
