I purchased a lighter. The lighter was of a pathetic quality; so I left a negative feedback. I got a call from the seller asking me to remove the negative feedback & he said he will replace it for free. Below is the email I recieved from him.

Its been 20 days now no reply & not answering calls anymore. Its the biggest fraud happening on ebay;. Dont know how many people buyers were victim of this. ebay India needs to take action or maybe someone else will take a legal action against such frauds happening on your website. Been reading complaints about ebay India on other websites I think now they all are genuine.
Please fix this ASAP
