Fraud product delivered

Hi Sir/Ma’am,

 

We bought a product from ebay.in.

 

Within a week we found that this product is not authentic as there were already two logins and the product was not allowing us to use the it at all. We reported the issue, we uploaded the pics and talked to support many times but ebay rejected our claim and said us to contact seller.

 

We took several follow-ups from the seller but neither he is picking our phone nor replying to our emails, once he received our phone and agreed to buy some other product which is higher in cost than the product which we bought, we agreed but again when we are calling him, he is not replying to our phone.

 

We believe that this is absolutely not the professional way to deal with the customer, we are chasing the company and seller and no one is resolving our matter.

 

I request higher management of ebay to look into the matter ASAP. I believe that our issue will be resolved between us only before we take any legal action/police complain against the company or seller.
