I have won four items from this seller and currently bidding on three items. Ebay sent me mails informing me about the wins. The seller even sent me invoices alongwith a note saying he cannot sell me the items since he has a problem with the Mumbai gold exchange!!!! So why did he put up his products for sale at all and why are his items and his id still listed on Ebay? Looks like he certainly doesnt have a problem taking buyers for a ride. Fraud sellers like him should be banned from Ebay in any id.I hope Ebay will take prompt action against such fraudsters just as they are quick to issue unpaid notices and strikes to hapless buyers.I expect Ebay to be fair and equitable both to sellers as well as buyers.
