I purchased a refurbished motorola M mobile from ebay a week back from a seller by the name <Removed> who seems to have 96% positive rating on ebay. And, all i receive is a dead mobile which would not turn on. When i asked for a refund, ebay has simply said that the product is not covered under ebay guarantee.My attempt to contact the seller has been futile. The seller does not answer any of the calls.
When i took the mobile to a nearest motorola service center, i was told that the charging pin has been utterly damaged.
I feel cheated by ebay. My advice to everyone is not to shop on ebay which promotes fraudulent sellers & defective products.
