Fraud Seller on ebay ( Who is responsible ?)

Hi ebay,

 

I had been fooled by a fraud seller and who is encouraged by ebay too.

Seller : ***

Product :***

PaisaPay ID: ***

I have bought a nexus 4 from ebay which rated the seller as top rated and it as a new product.

 

Fraud Description :

1. Battery Problem : There was battery problem within a month of purchase.

2. Proximity sensor was not working

3. Went to LG Customer Care Center :

    Shocking things revealed :

    -> All the parts of the mobile are duplicates like the panel, board,etc.

 

Who takes the responisbility for such a fraud ?

I would say it is ebay which is a brand and it is being selled on its website.

 

What do you have for your customers who believed in your credibility and were fooled ?

I have been facing similar issues with sellers these days. Most of them are not shipping the items at all. Buying directly is ok. But bidding is too bad. Wasted lot of time and energy in winning many bids. For none have been ever shipped, despite instant payment.

Last December I had a terrible experience with a seller. She went on being rude and abusive. Surprisingly it was her fault right from beginning.  With all proofs I contacted ebay like a dozen times and the issue is not resolved till date. They only apologize but don't take any action quickly.  I am slowly moving out of ebay these days. 

 

 

Arun, you bought an expensive item. I guess you have to be more aggressive.  Call toll free number and connect to buying department. Explain everything and provide all proofs you have.
