This is Regarding the cliam ID : 2180300, I ordered a laptop from ebay India and recived it on 23rd July , Laptop was not working and it was a refurbished laptop instead of new and raised a claim on the same day. very next day on 24th July seller agreed for the refund and wanted to get his product back after all this ebay asked me to wait and after 7 days on 30th July someone came on my address from bluedart asking to return the product and given me the menifest copy which is there with ebay too, now today someone from bluedart came again to address saying we are unable to deliver the product to seller and I refused to collect the package ( I said I dont have any information regarding this from ebay) I have already send an email to eBay's CEO on <Removed>and have not received any update on this. now thinking to go for consumer court and file an case against all this.
