Find Contact Information is not working

Hi,

Some times, I use Search: Find Contact Information for getting the details of buyer's phone numbers.

But from last few weeks, this is not working!

I give correct entries to both(Enter User ID of member & Item number of the item you are trading with the above member), But it shows Unable to send the contact information.

I think some thing wrong with the program and eBay should rectify it asap. ---------------

It seems to be working fine at our end. Can you please check once again and in case you are receiving the same error, you may contact the Customer Support team via Contact Us web form-

Selling and Managing Your Item----->My eBay----->Contacting your Seller or Buyer----->Email US

Also, try clearing your Cache before trying to generate the Contact information. I hope you are able to get the details.
