Feedback Removal: Ebay Customer Service not agreeing to ebay policy

Team, we need the Trust & Safety team to start honoring the ebay policies. They never reply to emails sent to them and when you call them they argue and do not help remove feedback even if it says in ebay policy that the feedback can be removed.

 

I hd the worst time this morning with the customer rep throwing attitude at me as if he is a consumer and I am a customer rep for him. We need this changed and proper training provided to the team on how to be more like a customer rep.

 

Ebay has framed a series of policies regarding feedbacl removal, but they are of no use when the trust and safety team does what they feel like doing and do not work as per the policies.

 

I request someone from Ebay directly call me in this regards as I am still waiting for a resolution. I do not wish to speak to the Support team.
